Non-Employee Referral Policy
×Procedure to be eligible for external referral scheme:
- Must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity).
- Can’t be associated with or a consultant of a Staffing/recruiting agency/HR.
- Can’t refer yourself
Referred Candidate:
- Must be a candidate that Gammastack is not actively recruiting or who has had a dialogue about career opportunities within the last 90 calendar days.
Awards under Gammastack External Referral Scheme:
- 7k for closing up to Junior level positions (2 yrs to 5 yrs)
- 15k for closing upto Mid-level Positions (5.1yrs to 8yrs).
- 20k for closing Technology Lead/ Architect (9yrs+ Exp)
Terms And Conditions:
If you are eligible to participate in the Program, Gammastack shall pay you an external referral scheme award as per the Awards under Gammastack External Referral Scheme mentioned above for a referral if the referral results in a successful regular full-time hire, and such referred employee:- Acknowledges he or she was referred by you.
- Is still employed by Gammastack at the time the external referral bonus is to be paid.
Other Conditions:
- 25% of referral amount will be paid to you on the joining of applicants referred by you, 75% of referral amount will be paid to you once the referred employee gets confirmed in the system. We will process the 25%external referral bonus in approximately 7 days after the referred employee joins, and you have submitted the required paperwork and contact information. Like- Adhar/pan card for verification.
- If the candidate leaves/ is terminated in the probation period Gammastack will not be liable to pay rest of the amount.
- If multiple external referees refer a candidate, the credit for the reference will be awarded to the referee who has submitted the resume first.
- If the candidate’s resume has reached the company by any other mode before you referred to them, then the reference will not be considered as part of the program.
- Gammastack reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the Employee Referral Program or any parts thereof, as deemed necessary.
- Non-selection of applicants shall not constitute a grievance. The Decision of the Management shall be final and no appeal is allowed.
- Once you share the resume, expect a response in 48hrs from the team.
